Heart Pancake Skewers


  • 400g Instant pancake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 360ml milk
  • 20g unsalted butter
  • 70g icing sugar
  • CHS Squeeze Chilli Paste Spread
  • CHS Squeeze Chilli Paste Spread (salted egg flavour)
  • CHS Squeeze Chilli Paste Spread (Chocolate flavour)
  • Fresh Strawberry, blueberry, banana
  • Pasley (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream


  • Pour pancake mix into the bowl and add eggs, add milk. Then mix together.
  • Add icing sugar to the bowl and mix again. Rest the batter for 15 mins.
  • Set the pan on low heat, spread the butter on the pan before pour a pancake batter in.
  • Cook until bubbling, then flip the pancake to cook the other side.
  • When cooked, take out the pancake and press the heart-shaped mold to cut the pancake.
  • Squeeze CHS on the pancake and spread over.
  • Stack up, switching between pancakes and fruits in each layer.
  • Ganish and ready to serve.
