- 400g Instant pancake mix
- 2 eggs
- 360ml milk
- 20g unsalted butter
- 70g icing sugar
- CHS Squeeze Chilli Paste Spread
- CHS Squeeze Chilli Paste Spread (salted egg flavour)
- CHS Squeeze Chilli Paste Spread (Chocolate flavour)
- Fresh Strawberry, blueberry, banana
- Pasley (for garnish)
- Whipped cream
- Pour pancake mix into the bowl and add eggs, add milk. Then mix together.
- Add icing sugar to the bowl and mix again. Rest the batter for 15 mins.
- Set the pan on low heat, spread the butter on the pan before pour a pancake batter in.
- Cook until bubbling, then flip the pancake to cook the other side.
- When cooked, take out the pancake and press the heart-shaped mold to cut the pancake.
- Squeeze CHS on the pancake and spread over.
- Stack up, switching between pancakes and fruits in each layer.
- Ganish and ready to serve.
