Ingredients
- 200g raw shrimps
- 150g sweet bell pepper
- 15g minced garlic
- 20g carrot
- 20g onion
- 10g spring onions
- 15ml Chua Hah Seng Brand Chilli Paste Oil
- 30g Chua Hah Seng Brand Chilli Paste
- 10ml fish sauce
- 10 g sugar
- 20ml water
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chilli paste oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the chilli paste and stir to combine.
- Add shrimps and stir-fry until almost cooked. Then, add the sweet bell pepper, carrot, and onion, and continue stirring to mix everything together.
- Add water and season with sugar and fish sauce. Stir-fry until everything is fully cooked, then add the spring onions.
- Put on plate and ready to serve. Enjoy your dish!
