Stir-Fried Shrimp with Bell pepper and Chilli Paste

Ingredients

  • 200g raw shrimps
  • 150g sweet bell pepper
  • 15g minced garlic
  • 20g carrot
  • 20g onion
  • 10g spring onions
  • 15ml Chua Hah Seng Brand Chilli Paste Oil
  • 30g Chua Hah Seng Brand Chilli Paste
  • 10ml fish sauce
  • 10 g sugar
  • 20ml water

Instructions

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chilli paste oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the chilli paste and stir to combine.
  • Add shrimps and stir-fry until almost cooked. Then, add the sweet bell pepper, carrot, and onion, and continue stirring to mix everything together.
  • Add water and season with sugar and fish sauce. Stir-fry until everything is fully cooked, then add the spring onions.
  • Put on plate and ready to serve. Enjoy your dish!
