Tenderized Pork Stir-Fried with Thai Suki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g pork, cut into pieces
  • 10 ml oyster sauce
  • 10 ml light soy sauce
  • 10 g sugar
  • 20 ml Chili Paste Oil (Chua Hah Seng Brand)
  • 10 g minced garlic
  • 10 g sliced bird’s eye chili
  • 5 g sliced green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp Suki Sauce, Hot & Spicy Flavor (Taste Thai Brand)

Instructions

  • Marinate the pork with the oyster sauce, sugar, light soy sauce, and Chua Hah Seng Chili paste oil. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a pan and add the chili paste oil. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated pork.
  • Stir-fry until the pork starts to cook, then add the eggs and mix well. Pour in Taste Thai Suki Sauce, Hot & Spicy flavor and stir-fry until everything is cooked through.
  • Add the sliced bird’s eye chili and sliced green onions. Put on plate and ready to serve.
