Ingredients (for 6 servings)
- 2 pcs Puff Pastry
- 100g Long strip bacon
- 20g Unsalted butter
- Bell pepper
- Chua Hah Seng Squeeze – Chilli Paste spreads
- Skewers
Instruction
- Cut puff pastry into big strips and patch the dough together to make it long.
- Put bacon on the pastry.
- Fold the pastry and make pine tree shape by making the base big and keep folding, make each fold smaller.
- Skewer the pastry to keep the tree shape.
- Spread the butter on the pastry and bake at 200 C, 5 mins for each side or until baked.
- Serve on plate and garnish. Add Chua Hah Seng Squeeze (flavor of your choice) for more deliciousness!
