Set the pan on heat, pour the chilli paste oil in. Then, add the chopped garlic and stir until aroma.
Add sausages to the pan and diced onion, stir until cooked.
Seasoning with sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, grounded pepper, tomato ketchup, and Chilli sauce. Then stir fry until sauces well mixed and glazed the sausages.
Put on plate and garnish with chopped spring onion, ready to serve.
