Christmas Puff Pastry

Ingredients (for 6 servings)

  • 2 pcs Puff Pastry
  • 100g Long strip bacon
  • 20g Unsalted butter
  • Bell pepper
  • Chua Hah Seng Squeeze – Chilli Paste spreads
  • Skewers

Instruction

  • Cut puff pastry into big strips and patch the dough together to make it long.
  • Put bacon on the pastry.
  • Fold the pastry and make pine tree shape by making the base big and keep folding, make each fold smaller.
  • Skewer the pastry to keep the tree shape.
  • Spread the butter on the pastry and bake at 200 C, 5 mins for each side or until baked.
  • Serve on plate and garnish. Add Chua Hah Seng Squeeze (flavor of your choice) for more deliciousness!
